NAJCC Professional Development Series

Held on the First Tuesday of each month (holidays exempt), these informative sessions are free to all NAJCC members (guests are invited to attend for a small fee). This year, the NAJCC is proud to partner with the Massey School of Business at Belmont University, who serve as hosts for each of these meetings. Specific meeting times/speakers/and other information about the meetings can be found on www.najcc.org. Please Note: Due to the Holidays, our Professional Development Series meetings are not held in December and January.

NAJCC Monthly Membership Meetings

  • An in-kind contribution from your company in the form of food & beverages for all attendees. Catering costs, labor costs (including food/beverage delivery, table set-up, and break-down), and supply costs (plates, utensils, napkins, cups, etc.) are provided by your company in exchange for exclusive recognition as the Monthly Meeting caterer or beverage provider through on-site signage. Other promotional materials (coupons, delivery-menus, other “freebies”) will also be displayed on a small table adjacent to the service area.

NAJCC Annual Gala Awards

This annual event is the premier opportunity for the NAJCC to recognize its best and brightest. We also celebrate the successes of one NAJCC Alum who has made a significant impact on Nashville’s future by exemplifying the core mission and values of the NAJCC over the course of his/her career.** Our sponsor packages for this event are divided into two categories 1) Event Sponsorship and 2) Awards Sponsorship. There are no limits on the sponsorship opportunities for this event.

Spotlight Award $150.00 per award*

The Spotlight Award is given to NAJCC members who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their volunteer efforts to support NAJCC Operations and NAJCC Charities events. Typically, these members have served as Committee Chairs or Co-Chairs and have been very active in other various NAJCC activities.

*Up to 10 Spotlight Awards are given annually.

New Member of the Year $250.00

The New Member of the Year Award is given to one NAJCC Member who has exemplified the core NAJCC mission and values in an exemplary way, during their first year of membership.

Member of the Year $250.00

The Member of the Year is given to an NAJCC member who has exemplified superlative attributes during the course of their tenure with the NAJCC and who has exhibited superior leadership skills. Typically, this award goes to those who have served as Committee Chairs or Co-Chairs and/or on the NAJCC Board of Governors for at least one Board cycle.

Sherri Glover Leadership Award $500.00

This award, named in Honor of Sherri Glover, former NAJCC Board of Governors Member, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver, is awarded to the NAJCC Member who exhibits enduring commitment and contribution to the advancement of the NAJCC and exemplifies a spirit of self dedication to the principles and passion of life for which Sherri shall forever be remembered.

Board Member of the Year $500.00

This award is selected by the NAJCC Board of Governors and is awarded to the Board Member that has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that NAJCC operations continue to grow and thrive.

**Community Leader of the Year $1,000.00

This significant award is presented to the NAJCC Alumnus who exhibits superior ethics and integrity, serves as a spokesperson and ambassador for the City of Nashville, promotes the support of the Greater Nashville Business Community, and who works in the following fields: Business, Philanthropy, and/or Public Services. All nominees shall not be actively seeking election or re-election to public office.
